yes, i know the admin and the reason for this servers presence.
actually he's a nice guy and a compatriot of yours, bbg
some time ago he had an argument with oz on redrum server and he had been banned for - to his opinion (...i was not there) - no reason!
besides that he claimed his friend had been attacked severly and banned too by oz....
in his frustration he set up a pile of servers named with inappropriate servernames (to discredit redrum and oz) which brought up the whole community.
i managed to get in touch with that admin and after some time i could convince him that his actions would not only point at oz, but it would affect the whole community. then he came up with this matrix-like idea to reveal the truth about good servers and bad servers.... well, that's it
as far as i know he is currently working on some stuff for unreal engine 4 and is no longer active in unreal....
