Skin Changes
Please find a skin you want and try to stick with it. These unending skin changes require the servers to be down and changes on all servers. What ends up happening is the wrong skins get loaded or ommitted from servers. We have a lot of files to manage here.

What server Minus, I worked over the rather long ini files eliminating lines and unused skins.

Only tested on MM infil so far.
