December Birthdays, ah the magic, the season, the fact that everyone, well maybe except for your Mother, forgets your birthday (my Mom didn't call, I'm SURE she was very busy considering it was Christmas Day) . I'm not here to whine, though it may sound like it, but we December kids really get the short end. Daisy went through all that effort to collect B-Days and we recognized them for a couple of months and then come December... I know, everyone's very busy.

Well, HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIM (12/26), we love ya no matter what you call yourself Have a GREAT day and go do something good for yourself.

I don't know who else's B-Day is this month but

And BBG I don't know what part of Italia you live in but please have a wonderful meal. I've only ever been North, Firenze, Siena and Milano, but grew up on Calabria/Napoli cooking (Grandparents) and very much miss her cooking.

Cactus, go have a great meal too. I know your U.S. but don't know if that would be some great BBQ, lobsters, a nice Porterhouse steak or what I plan to have, crab legs w/drawn butter, Italian seafood salad, pepperoni, some fresh, crusty bread, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, hearts of palm, Fontina cheese and a nice bottle of Chianti. I could do without all of it except for the bread, I live for good bread.
