Trying to take it a bit easier....but lol life just keep throwing stuff at me...I've had wayyyyyy too much stress the last ..year?
This isn't my first heart attack:(...so I'm kinda familiar with it...I know the signs....and you know me .... I REFUSE to take pills.... of ANY kind!!!!
I know i really must quit smoking..lol but it's a heckuva stress reliever..and since I really don't smoke weed anymore it's about all I've got...unless I go talk to my trees lol....there's nothing better than just sitting in a tree for a while and watching nature all around me....(kinda humbles one a bit)(makes ya realize how truly insignificant we are in the grand scheme of things) 
oh and still haven't got my new motorcycle yet....hopefully in the next couple of weeks...
and...I really think I need to dissappear in the bush for a few days..that's ALWAYS good for stress relief:)
In 4 or 5 months all with settle down a bit...
