If you want any files from our map page, you have until Jun 23, 2013 to get them.
Ultimate Game Server will be closing its operation on June 24th 2013. We reluctantly do this, however increasing cost and declining useage of dedicated game servers have made our operation unsustainable.
What happens now?
- If you have paid with PayPay, we ask that you cancel any PayPal subscription you may have. If you have paid with a credit card, we have stoped all credit card billing.
- All servers that are running now will stay online until June 24, 2013.
- Prorated refunds will be sent to customer who have prepaid for more than 1 months service. The refunds will be sent starting on June 25, 2013.
- We will work with your new provider to allow access to your current game server or voice server files. Open a support ticket or have the new provider contact us and we will work with them.
We truely thank you for all the years of support and will work tirelessly to help you have a smoolth transition. Please feel to open a support ticket or call for questions or concerns.
