ok, i'm back home

All went ok. They used my hamstrings from my left leg to put in as new tendon in the right knee. So i kinda have two sore legs now. Have to use crutches for at least 4 weeks. But dont think i'll walk much in the comming days.

Dear friends,

I'm doing ok, not good yet, but ok. Since today off the painkillers... Maybe take some before bedtime tonight. Only using the bloodthinners. The mrs is injecting them, she does good job.
Getting used to walk a bit with the crutches, not much though. Sitting most of the time on the couch with legs up.
Can do most of the excersizes givin by the pt without any pain.

Do getting bored though, sitting still all day. Got me some books to read. I'm a big fan of Clive Cussler with the Dirk Pitt story's (i bet some of u know that movie 'Sahara').

Gonna call the pt next week to start some sessions, mostly massages

And yes Old man.... u be ready for me !!

Crap...things dont go as planned. Both legs hurt as hell
Cant do anything...hanging on couch all day... a toilet visit is hard to do....

Router broke down last week, company sent a new one. Its still laying down here unwrapped. Need someone to install it for me.... good thing my neighbours got an unprotected open connection...hehhe...dont tell !!

Hehehe, me thinks someone has WAY TOO MUCH TIME on their hands...lol. And my question is "are the crutches wooden too?" There's the problem. You need to switch them out to match your shoes! I'll be aiming for your feet, so don't start limping when you see me...lol. Take it slow bro, don't be pushing it too much and get plenty of rest, you'll heal faster, then work through the blasted pain one day at a time. See you soon Ruud!

Removed all bandaids this morning.

Find troubles to get asleep lastnight. But when did, i slept ok.
Took some painkillers this morning
