Searching for a map

I'm searching for a map and hope somebody can help me.
The maptitle is: Theater_of_dEth
Author: sAlleYdEth_DeWicKeD

also looking for other maps by the same Author.
I searched every Unrealsite I know, but not able to find something. The Author already left Unreal, but ran a server in the past. Maybe someone still have some maps of this Author or knows a site where to get them.

it's really the map
I haven't seen it for years and found it on an old cd, but the zip file is corrupted and I can't restore it.
This map is incredible. Imagine, the whole map has only one texture, accept four pictures. It has an unbelievable atmosphere only by the use of lights and sound.

I love salley's maps and YELLOWSUB server. Miss them severely.

That's not the same person, Mr.T helped Salley and Gina, and vice-versa. Mr T. made some great maps as well!
